ABOUT THE ROLE

Script Assist is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer with robust production experience in Node.Js, TypeScript and React to build and evolve a complex multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform used by UK clinics, pharmacies and operational teams.

We are looking for engineers with approximately 3–5 years of professional experience who have worked inside a real shared SaaS product — not just simple CRUD applications or separate bespoke projects for individual clients.

This is an AI-first engineering environment. We expect engineers to use modern AI coding agents throughout the development lifecycle — from understanding unfamiliar code and planning changes to implementation, testing, debugging and reviewing results.

AI should accelerate your work, while you remain responsible for ensuring that the software is correct, safe and maintainable.

Script Assist is a UK healthcare technology company building software and operational infrastructure for complex private clinical and pharmacy services.

Our platform:
- Supports tens of thousands of recurring subscriptions each month alongside high-volume clinical and pharmacy workflows.
- Supports multiple medications, treatment pathways, clinics, pharmacies, prescribers, patients and operational teams within one shared platform.
- Covers prescribing, patient onboarding, medication workflows, dispensing, inventory, subscriptions, payments, fulfilment, communications, reporting, permissions and external integrations.
- Supports different organisational configurations and workflows while keeping the underlying product reliable, secure and maintainable.

This is not a prototype or a simple dashboard product. Features interact with permissions, tenant configuration, existing workflows, integrations and production data.

Healthcare experience is not required. Experience building genuinely complex software is.
