Your team
You will sit within the global customer experience team and have a SEO manager to support on day-to-day execution and two Content Editors who produce and optimise the editorial output across ig.com.
Your role in the Team’s Success
The Manager of Training & Knowledge Management will lead IG Group’s strategy for customer support learning, product knowledge,
and knowledge management within the Trading Services function. This role combines leadership, strategic vision, and digital innovation. You will oversee the design and delivery of training programs (using platforms such as Sana or other AI-enabled learning solutions), manage our knowledge systems, and ensure that our teams across the globe have the skills and resources to provide exceptional customer experiences.
