?‍? Role: Senior Software Engineer + Support (L2.5)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who can combine strong backend engineering expertise with hands-on L2.5 production support capabilities.

? Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy & maintain scalable backend services

• Build cloud-native applications and microservices on AWS

• Develop REST APIs and distributed application architectures

• Work with event-driven systems using Kafka, SQS/SNS & RabbitMQ

• Optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, queries, indexes & data access patterns

• Troubleshoot production issues across APIs, microservices, databases, messaging & integrations

• Monitor and diagnose issues using CloudWatch, logs, metrics & distributed tracing

• Handle incidents, RCA, permanent fixes and production recovery within SLA/SLO

• Support releases, hotfixes,



rollbacks and post-deployment validation

• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability & security

• Create runbooks, troubleshooting guides and operational documentation

• Participate in on-call/support rotations when required

• Mentor engineers and contribute to code/design reviews
