Job Purpose: Team Member - Terminal Operations supports daily terminal operations,
including cargo handling and logistics coordination, to facilitate productive port activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OISD Standards, PESO regulations, Factories Act provisions, Petroleum Rules, and applicable
statutory requirements.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/unsafe conditions.
- Ensure strict implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) system.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, SMPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- Ensure compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Monitor confined space entry, Hot work, height work, excavation and other critical activities & ensure all the associated hazards reviewed & control measures are in place.
- Facilitate implementation of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) initiatives.
