As Market Access Manager, you will strengthen how Novo Nordisk engages payers, shapes therapy access and manages key accounts across your market. You will connect commercial strategy with market access execution — identifying external opportunities, building account-based plans and helping secure formulary presence for our portfolio. What you'll bring
- A Master's degree, preferably within a quantitative or management discipline, from a well-recognised institute.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Direct experience in at least two of the following areas: Pricing, Outcomes Research, Health Economics, Brand Value Communications, Advocacy Development, Payer Engagement, Market Access, Customer Insight Gathering,



Customer Value Proposition Development, or Negotiation and Business Acquisition.
- Experience building relationships and networks with healthcare decision-makers, including government bodies, payers, policy makers and key opinion leaders.
- A track record of delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to analyse complex issues, apply strategic thinking and implement tactical plans.
- Experience articulating complex market access topics clearly and persuasively to key decision-makers.
- Commercial, business or medical experience at a managerial level, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to areas beyond your direct experience listed above.
