About the Role
JLL is looking for an experienced and agile Property Manager to lead the Property Management Services at Godrej GCR, a premium commercial site in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire bouquet of property management services, driving operational excellence, and enhancing site efficiency through innovation and technology.
What This Job Involves
Operations & Maintenance Management
- Conducting daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures, building facilities, and services.
- Creating, maintaining, and coordinating the as-built drawings and transition document library.
- Resolving emergency maintenance matters with urgency.
- Maintaining exemplary relationship management with projects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and statutory agencies for smooth operations.
Sustainability & Compliance
- Implementing and maintaining sustainable practices in line with GRIHA, WELL, and British Safety Council (BSC) guidelines.
- Managing and coordinating with facility management teams to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
- Conducting regular property inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in sustainability and energy efficiency.
- Facilitating all services under the strict safety man
