About the team
We are the team that enables cross-line of business data and reporting support for Zillow's paid media organization. We ensure the data powering our marketing decisions is clean, reliable, and actionable and that our media investments are continuously optimized for performance. The team is fast-paced and data-driven, and we operate with a high degree of both collaboration and autonomy. We partner closely with Paid Marketing, Marketing Tech and Operations, Marketing Data Science, and Marketing Strategy to support business objectives across all paid media channels. This role is part of a newly established India-based team that is central to how zMedia scales — partnering closely with US and Mexico-based media leads to power faster, always-on access to performance insights.

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, Media Reporting and Automation to play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting ongoing reporting, and enabling faster insight generation across all paid media channels. This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and marketing — someone who can own recurring quality processes, build scalable reporting infrastructure, and leverage AI tools to shift from manual execution to higher-order analysis.
