nRole Title: Insurance Workflow Lead
nPosition Summary:
nThis position is responsible for managing the coordination and distribution of work within the Insurance Product Delivery organization based on workforce availability, expertise, workload demands and regulatory needs.

- Manages assigned Operations and associated work to maximize service delivery expertise and leverage the workforce efficiently.n
- Liaise with assigned Operations leadership to understand workload priorities and complexities of accounts. Plan and organize workflow to meet alloperational processing objectives.n
