Job Role: Lead Generation Specialist (IT sales mandatory)

- Compensation: Fixed + commission per qualified meeting
- Target Geographies: US, UK, Europe, Australia, and Middle East

Core Responsibilities
- Targeting & Account Selection: Build strategic target account lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo;
identify key decision-makers.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct personalized cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone;
manage end-to-end follow-up cadences.
- Campaign Optimization: Design, test, and iterate on cold email sequences and LinkedIn strategies (angles, subject lines, timing).
- Qualification & Pipeline: Qualify accounts against strict fit criteria, book qualified meetings for the closing team, and own a monthly target ($N$ meetings).
- CRM & Reporting:



Maintain complete data accuracy in HubSpot and report pipeline performance directly to the Director.

Required Qualifications
- Mandatory Outbound Experience: 3+ years in B2B outbound lead generation specifically within IT services, software development, SaaS, or tech analytics.
- Target Geographies: Proven track record selling into international markets (US, UK, EU, AU, or Middle East).
- Technical & Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting databases (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter), and CRMs (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce/Zoho acceptable).
- Communication & Metrics: Flawless written English for C-level/executive outreach, with performance evaluated directly on booked meetings and conversion numbers.

- Background in SaaS, IT services, custom software development, or analytics.
- Experience executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
