About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist who will be one of the front-facing representatives of Sharedpro. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking, travelling, attending meetings/events, and representing a company professionally. The candidate will work closely with the business development team and will get hands-on exposure to client interaction, relationship building, and business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent Sharedpro in client meetings, business events, trade shows, conferences and networking opportunities.
/n
- Drive business growth for AI Interviewer, Communication Lab and Expression Measure API.Identify and connect with potential B2B clients,



generate qualified leads and build the sales pipeline.
/n
- Research recent client avenues, market trends and expansion opportunities.Present and demonstrate the AI products with confidence and technical clarity.
/n
- Schedule, coordinate and lead client discussions, sales presentations and product demonstrations.
/n
- Maintain structured follow-ups to move deals through the pipeline and close business opportunities.
/n
- Build and retain relationships with decision-makers, clients and prospective partners.
/n
- Travel as required for business meetings, industry events and client presentations.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related role
/n
- Work from Office – Vadodara
/n
- Strong interest in AI Products & Technology
/n
- Experience or understanding of Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management
/n
- Good skills in Client
