The Fox Advertisement is a Bhopal-based digital marketing, branding and content agency working with businesses and institutions across India and international markets.

Our work spans performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, social media, branding, creative production, websites, landing pages and content strategy.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients and convert qualified opportunities into revenue.

This is not a conventional telecalling role. We are looking for someone who is interested in understanding businesses, identifying their marketing challenges and recommending relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries and markets.




- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Reach out to business owners, founders, marketing heads and other decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and networking.
- Understand a prospect's business, current marketing activities, challenges and growth objectives before recommending services.
- Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects.
- Present relevant agency capabilities, case studies and solutions.
- Prepare or coordinate proposals, quotations and scopes of work with the internal team.
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups until an prospect is closed or qualified out.
- Negotiate and close suitable business opportunities independently.
- Work with the founder/strategy team on larger or more strategic opportunities.
