- Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs.n
- Facilitate technical/crisis management conference calls during production outages, providing written and verbal updates in timely and consistent manner.n
- Track all planned and unplanned Systems & Applications outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools.n
- Managing system backups and network security protocols.n
- Performing regular checks on servers, network devices etc.n
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting errors.n
- Tracking and documenting network issues, server issues etc and compiling incident reports.n
- Escalate the technical issues which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting to management as per their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)n

nProfessional Skills:
n
- n
- Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduaten
- MCSE/MCSA/CCNA certification would be a plus.n

nEssential requirement:

- Willing to work in dedicated night shift.n
