- Ph.D. in Physical Education / Sports Science.n
- Master's Degree in Physical Education / Sports Science with at least 55% marks.n
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a University Assistant Director / College Director / Associate Professor in Physical Education.n
- Proven track record of organizing tournaments and producing high-performing athletes at Inter-University,



State, or National levels.n
