Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating qualified business leads and converting them into confirmed commercial interior projects. The role will focus on identifying prospective clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting the company's capabilities and driving opportunities through to closure.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial interior projects.n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.n
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events and market research.n
- Identify companies undertaking office expansions, relocations, renovations or recent workplace projects.n
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and target accounts.n
- Proactively reach out to decision-makers including CXOs, Founders, Admin, Facilities, Procurement, Workplace and Real Estate teams.n
- Build relationships with architects,



consultants, brokers and other industry networks to generate referrals and leads.n
- Understand the client's business, workspace requirements, project scope, budget and timelines.n
- Qualify leads based on project size, requirement, decision-making process, budget and potential for conversion.n
- Prioritise high-potential opportunities and maintain an active sales funnel.n
- Ensure timely follow-up and movement of qualified leads through the sales pipeline.n
