nWhat you'll do

- Drive product sales for the AEC/MFG industry (CAD, BIM, and related software solutions)n
- Sell BIM training programs to engineering firms, design studios, and manufacturersn
- Sell services including automation and BIM implementationn
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closingn
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships across your territoryn
- Handle customer objections in coordination with the technical teamn




- Travel regularly across Maharashtra to meet clients in Pune, Nashik & other Tier-1/2/3 marketsn

nWhat we're looking for
n
- n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM industry or CAD sales (mandatory)n
- Engineering background — diploma or degree (mandatory); MBA is a plusn
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales processn
- Comfortable with frequent regional traveln
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams during the sales processn

nCompensation
n₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA, plus sales incentives and target-based bonuses
