nWe're looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can turn meaningful conversations into meaningful enrollments.
nThe Role:
nThis is a full-cycle B2C sales role.
nYou'll work directly with prospective students, understand their career goals, guide them toward the right learning path, and take ownership of the journey from first conversation to successful enrollment.
nIf you enjoy talking to people, understanding what drives their decisions, handling objections, and closing with confidence, you'll fit right in.
nWhat You'll Own:

- Connect with and counsel inbound student leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.n
- Understand a student's career goals, interests and requirements and recommend relevant Unlox programs.n
- Own the complete sales journey — Lead → Connect → Counsel → Follow-up → Close.n
- Build solid relationships with prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups.n
- Handle objections around pricing, program value, career outcomes and decision-making.n
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue/enrollment targets.n
- Maintain accurate lead activity and pipeline updates in the CRM.n
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion and overall funnel performance.n
- Contribute ideas that improve the student experience and sales process.n
