nRole and Responsibilities

- n
- Heading General Trade sales strategy and operations and customer management for PAN India and to deliver business plan in line with the growth aspiration of the organization.n
- Responsible for planning and achieving monthly sales target for geographies within the Area and lead & assist the field force in delivering Secondary numbers.n
- To plan for network expansion and execute the same through increased retail footprint, and DBR/Channel partner expansion.n
- Study market and proactively keep track of competition products, pricing, key activities and new launches through market contact plans for self and team.n
- Identify & effectively implement key initiatives at area level in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation.n




- Design and implement key performance metrics for the team for driving business performance and having the analytical approach towards periodic review of team on these leading and lagging indicators.n
- To work with the Sales team and the HR team on recruiting, building and nurturing a performance-driven Sales team.n

nGraduate/Diploma in design/apparel merchandising, MBA-Marketing, NIFT (GMT/FD/Textile D&D;), Pearl academy (IFTP). MBA- Marketing/ Operations/ Finance; NIFT

- Solid hands-on experience in both Modern Trade and General Trade.n
- Experience in Makeup and/or Deodorants/Personal Care preferred.n
- Proven experience in building Deodorants
