nRole Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Payments and Digital Platform initiatives within the travel and airline industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payment orchestration, digital customer experience, ancillary merchandising, customer self-service platforms, and end-to-end digital transformation programs while ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
nThe role requires strong stakeholder management, payment ecosystem expertise, and experience coordinating multi-vendor technology programs across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Payment Orchestration and Digital Platform workstreams across multiple business and technology teams.n
- Coordinate implementation and integration of payment gateways, acquirers,



alternative payment methods, and payment service providers.n
- Drive initiatives related to PCI-DSS compliance, fraud prevention, payment security, settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback management.n
- Manage digital customer experience delivery across:Web Platformsn
- Mobile Applicationsn
- Customer Self-Service Solutionsn
- Digital Commerce Channelsn
- Oversee ancillary merchandising initiatives including seats, baggage, upgrades, lounge access, and additional revenue-generating services.n
- Plan and govern end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource management.n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Digital, Payments, Security, Architecture, Testing, and Operations.n
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology providers.n
- Lead digital release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.n
