About the Role As Head of Quality Control, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Analytical Sciences and QC laboratory. You will oversee the complete analytical method lifecycle, from development and validation through to GMP implementation, routine testing, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading analytical method development, qualification,



validation, transfer, and lifecycle management
- Providing technical leadership across UHPLC/HPLC, qPCR, RT-qPCR, ddPCR, capillary electrophoresis, and related molecular techniques
- Driving the establishment of current analytical capabilities across both development and GMP laboratories
- Leading investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and data integrity initiatives
- Acting as the analytical SME during audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions
- Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of analytical scientists
- Collaborating closely with QA, Manufacturing, R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, and external stakeholders

About You
- PhD or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience within GMP pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccine, or biotechnology environments
- Strong background in analytical method valid
