nAbout the Role
nAs a Client Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and artists. You will help customers find the right artwork, coordinate with artists and internal teams, and ensure every order is handled smoothly from enquiry to delivery.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n• Respond to customer enquiries.
n• Understand customer requirements and recommend/share suitable artworks, quotations and payment details.
n• Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to order completion.
n• Coordinate with artists regarding artwork availability, pricing, etc.
n• Help new artists register on the platform and upload their artworks.
n• Maintain customer enquiries, artist records, and CRM/database information accurately.
n• Connect with new artists, architects, hotels, etc.,



to generate new leads.
n• Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
n• Support exhibitions and other gallery-related events whenever required.
n

nSkills Required
n• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
n• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
n• Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
n• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
n• Well-organized with good attention to detail.
n• Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

nEducational Qualification
n• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
nExperience
n• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
n• Candidates with some experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Relationship Management will be preferred.
