We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help expand our US client base.

About the RoleYou will work directly with the Founder to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and generate qualified sales opportunities in the US market.
This is a hands-on outbound sales role where you will take ownership of prospecting, lead generation, and building a solid sales pipeline.
The Founder will handle sales meetings, proposals, and deal closures,



while you focus on identifying and engaging potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential US clients, including startups, enterprises, and technology consulting firms.
- Generate leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Connect with decision-makers such as founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, and business owners.
- Qualify prospects and schedule sales meetings with the Founder.
- Develop relationships with US consulting and staffing firms for potential partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Build and improve outbound sales strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

Requirements
- 2-3+ years of outbound sales experience targeting the US market, experienced in IT services, IT staffing, or offshore development.
- Proven experience generating leads and booking qualified B2B sales meeting
