About Datahash

Datahash is a privacy-centric first-party data platform. Our core product, Datahash Signals, gives marketers low-code, no-code integrations between web, app, e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation and data warehouses on one side and the major ad channels on the other: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Amazon and more. We are one of a handful of badged integration partners across these channels and work with them directly on first-party data adoption programmes, where advertisers are moving to server-side integrations, conversions APIs and privacy-secure measurement. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and run across Dubai, Bangalore, Mumbai and London with clients in EMEA, India, Africa, APAC and the US.

The role

Marketing at Datahash runs agent-first: a marketing head agent plans, content and page agents produce, an inbound agent qualifies, and named humans approve. This seat is for the person who directs that machine: an operator who owns the voice, the partner-marketing relationships with Meta, Google, Snap and TikTok, and the demand numbers,



and who directs the agents rather than replacing them. You will not be asked to build the machine; it exists. You will be asked to make it produce leads and to make Datahash sound like one company.

What you will do
- Own the number. Marketing-qualified leads from 25 to 100 a month across eight engines, with the segment, journey and content calendar the agents run reviewed by you weekly.
- Own the voice. Every external asset sounds like Datahash: you set the standard, the agents produce to it, and you are the final human read on anything public.
- Own the partner marketing. Co-marketing programmes and MDF with the channel partners, from claim to campaign, in partnership with the Growth Manager (Channel Partnerships).
- Direct the agents. Brief them, correct them, measure them: acceptance rate, cost per accepted output and the override log are your management tools.
