About the Role

Cyderes is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Operations to lead our India-based Platform Operations position within the Managed Platforms organization. You will lead the daily operational health, availability, and performance of the security and infrastructure platforms. These platforms underpin Cyderes' managed services, including SIEM, EDR, FW, and supporting cloud and on-premises infrastructure.



Additionally, you will build and lead a high-performing team of platform engineers and administrators in Bengaluru.

You will partner with global Engineering, Security Operations, and Client Delivery leadership to ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, and secure, while improving operational processes, automation, and team capability. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who combines solid technical platform expertise with proven people-management and partner-management skills.

You will be reporting to VP, Managed Services.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers and administrators responsible for the operational health of Cyderes' managed security and infrastructure platforms.
- Meet Service level agreements and uptime targets by ensuring platform availability, performance, and capacity across SIEM, EDR, FW, and related toolsets.
