Job Purpose
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our Sales Operations function.
You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day Sales Operations processes, maintaining accurate CRM data, monitoring reports and dashboards, and supporting the processing of sales orders, quotes and contracts. Working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure teams have the data and operational support they need to succeed, while contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting, CRM processes and operational efficiency

The team works closely with many departments to ensure all activities are completed with a high degree of accuracy. Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and processing of sales orders, quotes and contracts, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain data integrity within CRM systems by proactively identifying and resolving data gaps and inconsistencies.
- Monitor sales operations reports and dashboards, working with Sales teams to track deal progress, follow up on purchase orders, and ensure CRM data is accurate and complete.
- Create, maintain and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, CRM processes and sales operations efficiency, supporting the implementation of enhancements where appropriate.
- Provide general administrative support to Sales Operations, ensuring the effective delivery of day-to-day operational activities.
