About the role

Convert OpenPHC's high-level roadmap into a detailed, trackable execution plan,



and run the day-to-day operating rhythm and vendor management needed to deliver it. This role's core performance measure is timelines — hitting the plan's dates.

What you’ll do
- Detailed planning — takes the high-level roadmap and builds the detailed execution plan: task breakdown, estimates, sequencing, skills required
- Resourcing — decides which individual, from which vendor, works on which piece of development work
- Tracking & ceremonies — owns tracking of all engineering development against the detailed plan; runs scrums and sprint ceremonies
- Data Residency & Infrastructure Security: Ensures AWS/Azure deployment remains strictly within India data boundaries, manages encryption at rest/in transit, and maintains access logs.
- CI/CD & DevOps — owns the CI/CD pipeline
