The Engineering Manager is responsible to lead the design, development,



maintenance, and modernization of web-based and cloud applications. This role combines people leadership, technical leadership, and delivery ownership.

This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Digital solutions team supporting in Acute care diagnostics located in Bengaluru and will be on-site.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide hands-on technical guidance for cloud and web application development.
- Own delivery commitments for product enhancements, maintenance releases, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead cloud architecture and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure long-term health and sustainability of released products.
- Manage component lifecycle, technical debt, and cloud platform upgrades.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing software engineering team.
