Position Overview:




As the Presales Head / Manager – Service and Solutions for the Apple, you will own the end-to-end presales strategy and the service/solutions charter for Apple offerings across the organization's customer base. You will lead a team of solutions architects and presales consultants, drive win strategies for large and complex Apple Skilled and Managed Services opportunities, and ensure that solutions committed during the sales cycle are translated into well-governed, profitable service delivery.
This is a business-leadership role that blends presales ownership, solution design governance, Apple partner/vendor management, and oversight of the practice's service and solutions portfolio.
You will act as the primary technical and commercial escalation point for Apple-related opportunities, represent the practice with Apple and other OEM/ISV partners, and be accountable for the practice's growth, profitability, and delivery quality metr
