As a Sales Team Leader, you will lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team in a fully remote environment.
You will combine hands-on sales expertise with people leadership to drive individual and team performance against ambitious targets.
The role covers sales strategy, performance management, coaching, customer engagement, and continuous process improvement.
You will use sales data and performance metrics to identify gaps, uncover opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
You will also help sales representatives strengthen their prospecting, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
