As a Channel Manager at PickMyWork, you will be responsible for driving loan business growth through DSA and channel partner networks, managing relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and manage DSA and channel partners for credit cards and loan products
- Drive Personal Loan, Credit Card, and Secured / Unsecured Loan business growth through channel networks
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and financial institutions




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets and KPIs consistently
- Ensure compliance with credit policy, documentation standards, and quality guidelines
- Monitor partner productivity and implement performance improvement interventions
- Coordinate with internal teams on lead allocation, approvals, and disbursement tracking
- Identify current channel partners, geographies, and expansion opportunities
- Prepare and share regular MIS and pipeline reports with internal stakeholders

Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cards and Secured / Unsecured Loans
- Proven track record of managing DSA / channel partner networks
- Strong understanding of loan sourcing, credit eligibility, and disbursement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable managing aggressive targets and field-level execution
