Handle and Manage Section 138 NI Act/ Sec 25 P&S; Act matters as per company policy.
Co-ordinate with Empanel vendors on 138/ 25 matters & Arbitration matters and assist in legal drafting.
Drafting of Legal notices/ reply and handle cases filed against the company.
Need to be proactive and get the desired results for effective collections.
Need to be a legal acumen, updated with latest Judgment and amendments.
