Job description

Position Summary
The candidate will be responsible for effectively managing social listening and analytics reports. Should have an expertise in ideating the flow of the report and deriving actionable insights.

Job requirements & Skills
- Should have thorough understanding of Social Listening tools available in the market
- Meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication
- Develop approach for complex analyses and gain consensus with stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience presenting deliverables with commentary, verbatim and visualization of data
- Driving action ability towards Media, Communication, Campaign through data-driven insights
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills;
a proven aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships. Passion for engaging with clients and delivering value to our clients




- Must have solid written and oral communication/presentation skills in English language
- Structured thinking and articulation
- Ability to manage pressure and work during specific brand events
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential for managing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets effectively

Qualifications
- Graduation/Post Graduation
- Min. 3 years of work experience in Social Listening & Analytics
- Experience of working in agency/brand within similar domain
- Any certification into any data analysis or automation course will be an added advantage
