Essential Job Functions:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, risks, and issue tracking.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to project methodology.
- Manage change requests,



ensuring impact analysis and approvals are properly handled.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive user adoption by supporting training, change management, and stakeholder communications.
- Act as the escalation point for project-related issues and work to resolve them quickly.
- Support post-go-live hypercare, triage production defects, and manage enhancement requests within a structured release management cycle.
- Deep functional understanding of mid-term contract amendments, including add-ons, upsells, downgrades, early renewals, cancellations, and co-terming logic.
- Partner with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Finance to define key SaaS/recurring revenue metrics (e.g., ARR/MRR, Churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Renewal Rate
