Essential Job Functions:
- The Group Leader – Product development (Formulation R&D;) will be responsible for leading formulation development activities, managing a portfolio of projects, and ensuring successful product development and regulatory submissions for global markets.
- The role involves strategic planning, technical oversight, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products.
- Lead multiple formulation development projects across various dosage forms (solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules) and/or Injectable dosage forms)
- Define product development strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
- Provide scientific and technical leader
