An exciting opportunity to join Nasdaq People Services team as an HR Service Center Analyst, where you will provide Level 1 HR support to employees across the globe. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence.

Role Responsibilities
As an HR Service Center Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support and services to employees across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- HR Contact Center Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused resolution of requests.
- Employee Data Management: Process, maintain, and update employee records and HR transactions with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
- HR Operations & Administration: Coordinate and support a broad range of HR administrative activities, contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services and processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Exposure to employee data management systems; experience with Workday is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work on Indian holidays based on business requirements.
- Willingness to participate in a rotational shift schedule, with shifts rotating every six months:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Mid Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Night Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM
