Technical Lead – Production Support & Application Development
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on technical professional with 5+ years of experience in production support and application development for enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, contribute to application enhancements, and work closely with development, QA, support, product, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot,



and resolve production issues across applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to permanent fixes to reduce recurring incidents.
- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise application features, services, and integrations.
- Analyze logs, monitoring alerts, database issues, and system behavior to identify and resolve defects.
- Support deployment, release validation, post-release checks, and operational stability activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, support, product, and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth delivery.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, production support, application support, or production engineering.
