This is a senior business analysis role supporting complex healthcare interoperability and digital health initiatives. You will help enable the secure exchange of health information across systems, organizations, and care settings. Working across clinical, business, technical, vendor, and healthcare stakeholders, you will translate complex needs into clear and actionable requirements. The role combines process analysis, data mapping, solution support, testing, and implementation coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You will contribute to initiatives involving healthcare integration standards, including HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR, while helping teams navigate technical and business challenges. Accountabilities:




- Lead business analysis activities across healthcare interoperability and digital health initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Analyze and document data mappings between source systems and target solutions.
- Apply knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and protocols, including HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR.
- Collaborate with clinical, business, technical, vendor, and other healthcare stakeholders to align requirements and solutions.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, meetings, and working sessions.
- Document key decisions, action items, outcomes, and project requirements.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes to identify gaps, opportunities, and impacts.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of integration, interoperability, data exchange, and business-process issues.
