The Senior Technical Consultant — Agentforce Revenue Cloud Management is a hands-on delivery specialist responsible for executing the CPQ configuration, billing setup, data migration and Agentforce agent implementation workstreams within Revenue Cloud migration waves.



Working under the direction of the Technical Architect and Solution Architect, the STC owns specific delivery workstreams end-to-end — including Salesforce CPQ product catalogue configuration, pricing rule builds, contract and subscription data migration, billing schedule setup, ERP integration development and Agentforce revenue agent configuration. The STC also mentors Technical Consultants and ensures factory quality standards are met across all Revenue Cloud deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute Salesforce CPQ configuration — building product catalogue structures, product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, price books, guided selling configurations, approval process setups, quote templates and amendment/renewal logic as specified in the Technical Architect's CPQ solution design.
- Execute product catalogue and pricing data migration — running the full data migration lifecycle for CP
