This is an early-career generalist role supporting the growth and operations of a duty of care and travel risk management product. You will work directly with the SOS Business Lead, taking ownership of high-priority commercial, partner, and operational initiatives. The role combines project ownership, go-to-market support, relationship management, and business operations. You will also develop expertise in Duty of Care and Travel Risk Management, including international frameworks such as ISO 31030. Working across teams, you will help solve bottlenecks, improve processes, and ensure effective collaboration around the product. Accountabilities:

As a Business Associate,



you will support the SOS Business Lead across strategic and operational priorities while independently driving projects from initial problem definition through execution. You will act as a versatile partner across commercial, marketing, partnerships, and internal operations, developing both business expertise and subject-matter knowledge.
- Own high-priority projects spanning commercial, partner, and operational topics, driving them from problem identification through delivery.
- Support commercial initiatives by helping develop enablement processes and advance go-to-market objectives.
- Assist with event-based marketing campaigns and manage relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
- Support the development and improvement of internal processes.
- Represent the SOS Business Lead in selected meetings and act as a proxy when appropriate.
- Synthesize information and prepare materials for internal and customer-facing meetings and discussions.
