The Role
Responsibilities:
- Define and govern Workday solution architecture.
- Assess business requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Lead complex enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide architectural guidance for Workday ecosystem and interfaces.
- Review and approve configuration and design changes.
- Support incident escalations and critical production issues.
- Drive application performance, security, and stability improvements.
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices.




- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors.
- Mentor functional and technical consultants.
