Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Growth Manager (TGM) to drive business growth for PTC and ANSYS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering software, excellent client-facing skills, and experience in technical sales, business development, or solution consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for PTC and ANSYS software solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with enterprise clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and implementation teams to develop solution proposals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends,



competitor offerings, and emerging engineering technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, solution consulting, or account management.
• Robust knowledge of PTC products such as Creo, Windchill, PLM, or related engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of ANSYS products and engineering simulation solutions.
• Experience in B2B / enterprise software sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
• Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or industrial clients.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Creo, Windchill, Ansys Mechanical, Ansys Fluent, or other PTC / ANSYS solutions.
