A technical role providing support of technology solutions that are complex in nature and related to Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion (SaaS), PAAS , and OIC environments for the core financial applications (including, but not limited to GL, AP, AR, FA, Purchasing, Projects, Inventory).



The role will work within the Fusion Cloud ERP Production Support Team to understand requirements to determine the best technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Applications. This person should be able to think strategically and understand the bigger picture when developing solutions and engaging with our Business customers.

What you’ll own
- Responsible for application support, maintenance, documentation, testing, and validation as directed to ensure high availability
- Analyze code components, debugs, maintains and implements projects
- Works closely with end users to understand business needs
- Provides issue remediation and testing support across supported applications
- Assist Support Team members with day to day Technical issue resolution and enhancement requests.
- Applies a basic understanding of procedures, methodology, and application standards to include Payment Card Industry (PCI) secur
