Job Description - Application Engineer (Design & Engineering)
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:



Develop technically sound insulation and refractory solutions for HPI/CPI, steel, aluminium, power, cement and other high-temperature industries.
- Design & Engineering: Develop insulation and refractory lining designs based on operating temperature, process conditions, equipment geometry and customer specifications.
- Engineering Drawings: Prepare/review lining layouts, sectional details, material drawings and installation drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools.
- BOM/MTO: Prepare accurate material take-offs, BOM/MTO and engineering quantities based on lining drawings and approved designs.
- Thermal Calculations: Perform heat-loss, cold-face temperature, thermal conductivity and energy-saving calculations for insulation systems.
- Material Selection: Select suitable CF, PCW, refractory and auxiliary materials based on temperature, atmosphere, mechanical and chemical conditions.
- Project & Site Support: Provide technical support for site surveys,
