Job Description

Role Purpose
- Manage and drive commercial and business excellence by the design, planning and implementation of sales strategy, processes and initiatives to maximise top and bottom line results
- Identify current areas of growth, drive productivity to drive future growth
- Manage A&P; Costs and Business Quality thru’ optimising Sales returns and sales quality measures




- Lead and Motivate the CE & sales team to execute sales campaigns & harvest day activities delivery in accordance with the Field Crops Sales Execution Strategy
- Contribute and adhere to the Syngenta commercial policies
- Explore alternate distribution models by Identifying opportunities with strategic partners
- Collaborate with Key stakeholders (Agronomy, Sales and P&S;)
- Act as a single contact point for brand guidelines & reports like liquidation, bottom up sales confidence, FC historical trends, seed industry estimate, A&P;, season sowing progress, etc for alignment in line with overall FC Business aspirations under the direction of the Marketing Head
- Enable and Coach the CE team
- Develop and maintain a high-performing CE organization
