The Service Delivery Manager (Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development) is accountable for the end-to-end operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of recruiting and learning services. The role ensures effective hiring-lifecycle execution, learning administration, candidate and learner experience, vendor performance, process governance, data quality, and compliance through a retained-outsourced operating model.

Your Impact:

End-to-End Service Ownership: Own operational delivery across Talent Acquisition processes from requisition initiation through pre-boarding handoff, and across Learning & Development administration from learning request and offering setup through enrollment, completion, and reporting. Ensure recruiting and learning services meet agreed service levels,



quality standards, compliance requirements, and business expectations. Maintain accountability for service outcomes and consistent candidate, hiring manager, learner, and people-manager experience.

Vendor & Contract Management: Manage Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), sourcing, assessment, background screening, learning-content, training-delivery, and learning-platform service providers. Monitor SLA performance and contractual obligations. Lead regular vendor governance reviews.

Talent Acquisition and Learning Operations Excellence: Ensure timely execution of requisition administration, candidate workflows, learning-event setup, enrollment, attendance, completion, and learning-record activities.
