Role Overview

We are looking for a senior sales professional to build and
grow the private-sector HTLS conductor business across Western and
Central India. The role will focus on industrial and captive power customers
who develop their own transmission infrastructure outside the traditional
public tender route.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with State
Transmission Utilities (STUs), DISCOMs, private industrial customers,
transmission consultants and EPC contractors, along with a strong
understanding of EHV transmission and overhead conductors.

Key Responsibilities
- Own
the private-sector HTLS order book, including annual volume and
margin targets.
- Build
relationships with STUs/DISCOMs, transmission planning, connectivity
and load-sanction teams to identify upcoming industrial power and
transmission requirements.
- Identify
new opportunities across steel, cement, aluminum, refining,
petrochemicals, captive power, IPPs and data centers.
- Engage
with plant/project/electrical heads and design consultants at the early
project and specification stage.




- Drive specification-led selling by presenting technical solutions such as
sag-tension, ampacity and reconductoring studies.
- Support
customers through connectivity, load-sanction and utility approval
processes.
- Manage
the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through consultant
specification, EPC engagement and order closure.
- Sell
the complete HTLS solution including conductors, dead-ends, spacers,
dampers and stringing accessories.
- Work
closely with engineering and pricing teams to translate customer
requirements into commercially viable solutions.
- Maintain
accurate pipeline, enquiries, quotations and chance stages in CRM.

Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- 10–15
years of experience in EHV transmission, overhead line conductors,
transmission EPC, transmission equipment or hardware sales.
- Strong
existing relationships with State Transmission Utilities, D
