Workday Systems Analyst – Phenom Specialist

At Resmed, we're looking for a talented professional to play a key role in supporting and enhancing our global talent technology ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in a major Workday–Phenom transformation initiative,



partnering closely with business stakeholders and global teams to improve how talent processes are delivered, adopted, and optimized across the organization.
As part of the IT Applications team, you'll bring strong expertise in Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent, and enterprise application delivery to help drive business outcomes. This is an opportunity to work on a strategic global project, contribute meaningful improvements, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions.

This role requires collaboration with global teams and may involve flexibility outside standard business hours to support a US-based project.
