Accountabilities:




- Perform and oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation activities.
- Act as a key individual contributor on complex technology projects while maintaining strong functional knowledge of supported applications.
- Coordinate development activities and provide direction to less experienced technical resources across projects of varying scope.
- Prepare and manage the technical components of project plans, including assessments, estimated effort, timelines, milestones, and delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with development, operations, technology, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle, from technical analysis through user acceptance testing.
- Prepare, review, and execute detailed test plans and test data, resolving defects and completing required debugging activities.
