Job Description
Drive demand intake, business engagement, backlog management, prioritization, program governance, executive communications, adoption tracking, and value realization across the Conversational AI and Generative AI portfolio.
The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, the AI Product Lead, Technical Architect, and Security & Governance teams to ensure AI initiatives are aligned to business objectives, prioritized effectively, and delivered successfully.

Experience
- Positive years of Business Analysis, Product Management, or Program Management experience
- Experience in requirement gathering- running workshops with senior stakeholders
- Good years managing enterprise-scale digital transforma
