We are looking for a Test Engineer II to validate CCS applications through manual and automated testing. The role will analyze requirements, create test scenarios, execute tests, identify defects, and support reliable product delivery. The role typically requires at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test data, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, application, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Reqnroll/SpecFlow.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Log, track, retest, and communicate software defects.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and support teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, release validation, and production-readiness activities.
- Contribute to test automation improvements and execution through Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in software testing or test engineering.
- Experience with manual and automated testing.
- Experience with Reqnroll/SpecFlow, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of test management, defect tracking, scripting, and SQL.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience testing CCS, billing, customer-care, order-management, or other enterprise systems.
- Exposure to mainframe or transaction-processing environments.
- Experience with release validation and production-readiness testing.
