We’re hiring a full time Cost Accountant to join Babco Foods. This is not a routine accounting role. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand pricing, margins, profitability, promotions, operational costs, and market dynamics, and help drive strategic business decisions across a fast-growing international food distribution business.

- Own pricing analysis across products, customers, markets, logistics, and distribution channelsn




- Track and analyze profitability drivers including freight, warehousing, packaging, sourcing, duties, and operational costsn
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing decisions and growth initiativesn
- Develop margin optimization strategies while ensuring sales competitiveness and affordabilityn
- Create and monitor product-level, customer-level, and channel-level profitability reportingn
- Partner with leadership and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and pricing initiativesn
- Identify cost leakages, margin risks, and operational inefficienciesn
- Support future expansion initiatives through forecasting, modeling, and financial analysisn

nHard Requirements

- n
- 7+ years of cost accounting and profitability analysis experience in manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, food, or related industriesn
- CMA (India) or equivalent professional qualification require
